What is your MOQ for custom mirrors? +
It depends on the design and level of customization. Trial orders with flexible quantities are welcome — contact us with your target volume for an exact figure.
Can you produce from my drawings or photos? +
Yes. We regularly develop mirrors from customer drawings, photos or physical samples, and our team will advise on producibility and cost.
How long does sampling take? +
Typically 7–15 days depending on complexity. We confirm the timeline when we receive your specifications.
Can I get my logo or private-label packaging? +
Yes — private-label and retail-ready packaging are part of our standard OEM service. Share your brand guidelines and we will propose options.
Ordering & MOQ
What is your minimum order quantity? +
MOQ varies by product and customization level. Standard catalog designs start from flexible trial quantities; fully custom developments are quoted per project. Contact us with your target volume for an exact figure.
Do you offer samples? +
Yes — physical samples are available for all products and custom developments, typically ready in 7–15 days. Sample cost is credited toward your first bulk order.
What payment terms do you accept? +
T/T is standard (deposit + balance before shipment). L/C is accepted for larger orders. Terms are confirmed at the quotation stage.

Are your LED mirrors safe for bathrooms? +
Yes. Our bathroom-grade LED mirrors use moisture-resistant edge sealing, anti-black-edge treatment and low-voltage drivers designed for humid environments.
Do you make tempered (safety) mirrors? +
Yes — we produce tempered mirror glass with high-hardness strengthening for floor mirrors, hotel projects and public spaces, plus shatterproof film backing as a cost-effective alternative.
How do you control quality? +
A full-process standardized system: raw glass inspection, in-process checks and piece-by-piece final examination before packing. Every mirror is inspected before it leaves the factory.
Shipping
How are mirrors packed for export? +
Export-grade reinforced packaging: corner protection, foam cushioning and sturdy cartons or crates, drop-tested for long sea freight.
Which shipping terms do you support? +
FOB, CIF and DDP are all supported. Tell us your destination port and we will arrange the most economical routing.
