Most of our export business is custom: a retailer's exclusive shape, a hotel chain's bathroom spec, a brand's private-label line. Here is exactly how a custom mirror project runs with us.
Step 1 — Brief and drawings
Send sketches, photos, or just a description. Our team converts it into a technical drawing with dimensions, glass spec, lighting and mounting details for your approval.
Step 2 — Sampling (7–15 days)
We produce a physical sample and ship it to you. Test the reflection, the LED behavior, the finish — everything. We revise until you sign off.
Step 3 — Quotation and terms
With the approved sample as the reference, you get a firm quotation: unit price, MOQ, lead time, packaging and shipping terms. No surprises later.
Step 4 — Mass production
Every batch goes through our full-process quality system: raw glass inspection, production checks and final piece-by-piece examination before packing.
Step 5 — Packing and delivery
Mirrors are fragile cargo. We use export-grade reinforced packaging — corner protection, foam and sturdy cartons — and support FOB, CIF and DDP terms.
